Senior Director - Credit & PE Origination  IndiaCapital is expanding its team and is looking to recruit a Credit & PE originator to support its Investment Banking activities. This role is for a candidate with a strong background in Credit & Private Finance Origination. Excellent relationship with Indian Corporate borrowers is a pre requisite for consideration.   - Relationship with investors is an added advantage but not necessary.  - Candidates with relevant experience, relationship and expertise are encouraged to apply.   KRAs:  - Originate a variety of Financing opportunities such as loans, ECB, promoter financing, Mezzanine capital, acquisition finance, pre-IPO finance, structured finance, Private Equity at Operating as well as Holding company level.  - Should have excellent relationships & knowledge of the borrower database, having executed numerous mandates.  - Plan and monitor the Credit Origination budget and pipeline.  - Work closely with the Investor team to Originate as per Investors requirements / reverse enquiries.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Good understanding of the structured Structured credit Finance / Private financing business   - Strong Origination skills.  - Excellent relationship with clients across hierarchy.  - Fair knowledge of legal and financial structures.  - Excellent communication and presentation skills.  - A strong work ethic, self-motivation and a desire to succeed are key.  - Post Graduate qualification in the area of Economics, Finance with 7/9 years of relevant experience.  What should you look forward to-   India Capital is a boutique Investment Bank with offices in Mumbai and Singapore and strong relationships with India Inc.
