- At this stage, Smartbeta+ is looking for a senior & appropriate person from industry to join as Business head of its operation in India.

Position : India Business Operation Head

Location : Bangalore preferred. Will also consider other metroes

Summary :

- The India Business Operation Head position is an integral part of the senior leadership team and this person will work in critical facets of our business, including business development, building relationships with both individual & institutional investors and other key stakeholders.

- The most appropriate person would be excited to looking forward to play this role, and help company evolve into a world-class & growing organization. He is considered as part of founding team.

Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development:

- Ability to market services both to internal partners and external clients, develop client networks, and support efforts in developing and executing strategies for client acquisition

- Build, maintain & enhance relationship with institutional clients

- Lead investor and client relationships and the ability to develop long-term trusted relationship with them

Compliance & Regulatory :

- Ability to oversee a team of Compliance & Regulation

- Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise, and relevant manner
