India Bulls - Zonal Sales Manager

- Responsible for achieving Rental Sales Targets of the Zone

- Managing the Regional rental sales under the assigned zone

- Identifying major projects & Key clients in the Zone

- Meeting with Key clients and submitting Rental Quotes

- Traveling within the zone as per the requirement

- Negotiating Rental orders & Coordinating with support functions for execution

- Keeping track of monthly rental payments and timely collections

- Preparing Sales MIS on a Monthly/Weekly basis for review

- Keeping track of competitors & market developments

- Reviewing/Maintaining the Rental Sales Pipeline of the Zone
