About the Job:

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in of SEO, CRM, Brand and Performance campaigns.

- Candidate will work closely with Tech teams, Business teams and Management.

Job Requirements:

- We are seeking a Growth Marketing professional with 7-10 years of experience (Digital & Offline) to join our growing team.

- Business builder and leader - responsible for driving online customer acquisition growth supplemented by offline

- Coordinating and directing activities around SEO, SEM, Social Media and Content

- Lead digital marketing activities to generate: Brand awareness, Leads, Customer Engagement & Retention.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

- Own the digital marketing P&L for the online business, including budget planning/allocation, campaign performance & customer acquisition cost.

- Implementing new digital strategies different channels

- Design and execute activation and engagement campaigns across the user funnel via multiple channels including push notification, email marketing and SMS.

- Coordinating with the Agencies, Publishers and Affiliates for Campaign Development and Executions with the objective to optimize Cost per Client Acquisitions.

Location: Kalina, BKC, Mumbai

Experience: 7 to 12 years of Experience in Digital Marketing with some experience in Fintech/BFSI sector

Education Qualification:

Essential: Post-Graduation in Marketing or related degree

Good to have: Mass Media, Marketing, Branding related Certifications

- Analytical bent of mind. Able to draw relevant business insights from multiple sources and clarity in purpose
