Candidate Profile: We are looking for a smart, diligent, and responsible Finance & Compliance Officer who would manage accounting, compliance, and regulatory activities of the Private Equity Fund. The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant (first or second attempt) and a Company Secretary (preferable), with a 3 - 5 years' experience in accounting and compliance. This is a role that requires attention to detail, multi-tasking and working with people. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent Microsoft Excel skills. Job Description: - Preparation, analysis & control of fund accounting and other fund specific information - Ensuring timely statutory, legal and fund compliances - Managing tax and audit related activities - Ensuring effective financial systems and processes - Engaging with Fund's stakeholders for sharing requisite information - Providing support on all accounting, compliance and regulatory activities - Ability to work independently and execute in a timely manner
