Expectations :

1. Expert in ideation of products and conceptualizing solutions that are elegant, while being strongly analytical.

2. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics

3. Strong organizational and project management abilities with experience in Agile methodology.

4. Expert in creating intuitive Interaction design flows(Wireframes) for mobile and have a deep, holistic understanding of mobile user experience.

5. Be data driven and have a deep understanding of Analytics

6. Ability to identify key risks, dependencies and partner with cross functional teams to build product strategy

7. Introduce new features and functionalities to improve user experience, boost engagement and retention on the product.

8. Conducting regular competitive analysis and recommending a plan of action. Also prioritize the requirements to have maximum impact on business.

9. Create product specifications documents and conduct reviews with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling, and execution.

Required:

1. The key responsibility of this role is to ensure and assess the design and development of web/mobile products.

2. The candidate will discuss closely with senior management, marketing and sales teams to understand, discuss and set direction for the roadmap of the product.

3. The candidate would be working closely with a set of developers who will facilitate the smooth functioning of the execution under high deadlines.

4. Having worked closely with developers in a product company would be a mandate to apply for this position.

5. Good understandings of SEO compliances, Google webmaster and google news publisher.

6. Having technical execution knowledge and background of either design/computer studies of mobile applications would be an added advantage.

7. News domain experience would be plus

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Sales support - Analytics, Data and campaign implementation

2. Digital Marketing - Social Media & External as required by Sales/Marketing team

3. Liaising with Video Management agency for YouTube optimisation
