About the role; We're specifically looking for Independent Management Consultants who have more than 7 years of experience in strategy design and implementation, as well as in transforming operations across diverse sectors. The 'Partner' can be located anywhere in India. The role doesn't require traveling and offers a good work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities for the Partner:

- Strategic Consulting: Design, develop, and execute tailored business strategies in line with client needs

- Operations Transformation: Offer solutions to enhance client operations and boost overall efficiency

- Project Scoping: Determine the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each consulting project, ensuring that client expectations are both clear and fulfilled

- Client Engagement: Handle engagements across various functions and industries, particularly focusing on the Middle East region

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the achievement of project milestones
