The Indepay Gateway empowers distribution and merchant management alongside real-time payment settlement services for all its partnering members where our technology framework acts as an aggregator of transactions and accordingly every collaborating merchant gets the income instantaneously.

Job description

As Head Talent Acquisition of Indepay, your overall responsibility is to oversee the strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives, including management of the complete lifecycle recruitment process, candidate sourcing and assessment, hiring practices, and effective advertisement. This will include, but will not be limited to, development of recruitment plans, standardization of recruitment policies & procedures, the assessment of recruitment needs, and ensuring that salaries are competitive to the external market.

You will be responsible for campus as well as experienced hire recruiting at all levels. Additionally, you will provide direction on the workforce planning functions such as organizational talent forecasting and research of trends in the marketplace which impact recruitment or retention efforts.

Given that Indepay is a fast growing and independent organization, there are significant opportunities to implement the full talent acquisition strategy with authorship and responsibility.

Key responsibilities

- Collaborates with hiring managers, operations staff and other human resources staff to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process, internally & externally

- Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies including job posting optimization, recruiting, marketing channel development, digital & non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, and talent planning, etc, to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines.

- Conducts regular follow-up with recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation

- Effectively builds and engages with talent communities through social media outlets

- Design and implement campus programs through various branding activities

- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs

- Create and execute employee branding activities to position Indepay as a - Great Place to Work-

- Design and maintain applicant database through various sourcing channels

- Create manpower forecasts and map potential employee along with managing the recruitment budget
