- Manage the Process and PMO teams - Drive process improvement initiatives across the organization - Ensure that baseline data is captured for all business processes and to set-up & monitor live capture of data going forward - Provide ongoing support for Financial Force, Indegene's project management tool and implement MySheets (our internal work flow management tool) - Train new employees on Financial Force and manage changes as needed - Customize requirements as per business unit needs - Apply change, risk and resource management - Prepare reports for program directors - Identify programs and softwares that can improve business process outcomes - Manage, maintain and promote internal knowledge portal (iKnowledge) Desired Skills: - Proven experience as a Quality Manager or other managerial/lead position - Thorough understanding of program management techniques and methods - Excellent Knowledge of change management principles - Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Financial Force, Sapience) is a strong advantage - Outstanding leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills - Excellent problem-solving ability - Minimum 5 yrs relevant work experience; Life science background is preferred with a bachelors/masters degree in engineering/administration
