Role: Associate Manager - Strategic Initiatives Strategic Initiatives : This role involves working with the senior management team to drive some critical strategic initiatives like New offering rollout, Product rollout, new acquisitions/partners exploration, financial planning &amp; analysis, driving new business initiatives, and Go-To-Market Planning and other long-term strategic planning. This role will also involve working with the business leaders to improve the long term competitiveness and differentiation of the organization in the market The role of Manager : - Strategic Initiatives will involve supporting this strategic initiative by. - Program manage existing Strategic Initiatives with various business and product teams. - Undertake market analysis, defining new offering/product definition, a developing Go-To-Market Analysis - Undertake business case development, business opportunity sizing. - Analyzing Business units and collaborating with the business heads to drive initiatives around building technology, tools and new workflows for productivity, market differentiation and Buy Vs. build decision making. - Collaborating with competency and delivery heads in the company to develop strategic presentations for large deals. Qualification: MBA from Any University. Technical background would be preferred but not a mandate Desired Profile : 1. Ability to engage with a senior leadership team 2. Strategic thinking 3. An analytical blend of mind and strong financial modeling skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders 5. Very good communication and influencing skills 6. Ability to work on Multiple tasks and taking the ownership
