- S/he works with senior management to drive critical strategic initiatives in area of finding new business areas, new acquisitions, integration of existing acquisitions, new offering conceptualization, marketing event, reports, and Go-to market planning and other long term strategic planning.

- The role will work with our global leaders to understand requirements, and aid in defining world class solutions that will wow our clients and users and ensure success. The position works closely with business leadership, marketing, operations, program management, technology, finance, and other functions globally.

- The key responsibility for an individual playing the role is to drive growth by


(a) understanding customer needs for a given problem statement


(b) creating a differentiation of in market.

Location: This position will be based out of Bangalore and will involve minimal amount of travel (up to 15%)

The Job entails the following but not limited to:

- Understand the pain points and context of customer requests to craft the appropriate win themes for a given lead

- Craft full story board of proposals and presentations to customers and work with the business streams to deliver these proposals on time to the decision makers.

- Identify and analyse solutions which help to expand footprint among existing accounts and new accounts

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives including campaigns, public relations, advertising and web properties

- Work with business leaders to develop short-term and long-term account strategies specific to each account

- Help hone competitive positioning, key messages, based on feedback from clients and prospects and by evaluating long-term trends in the industry

- Develop product messaging, value propositions, sales materials and other tools to assist the business in reaching sales goals

- Serve as a subject matter expert regarding market trends, competitors, regulatory changes and the voice of the customer

- Lead the development and distribution of various forms of content aligned with the buyer journey including but not limited to: white papers, case studies, webinars, and sales collateral

Basic Qualification:

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate preferably with MBA or a foreign equivalent

- Experience: Minimum of 3-10 years relevant experience

Desired profile:

- Strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills

- Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities

- Understanding of life sciences/ healthcare ecosystem

- Understanding of the lifescience and marketing scenario of Global Markets, including key landscape factors such as health reforms, regulatory changes/pressures, HCP priorities etc.

- Strong strategic aptitude

- Structured thinking and articulation

- Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders

- Prior experience in Business Development and relationship building with senior management and key decision makers in life-science companies is a plus
