Indegene - Associate - GTM Excellence

About the role: The GTM Excellence Associate will be responsible for working with Indegene's sales function to drive rigor in our sales processes including but not limited to data management, sales reporting and analysis and preparing management review discussion documents. He/She will drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. He/She will be responsible for ensuring information is managed, reported to the operating committee and sales leaders by working with multiple stakeholders across the organization including sales, finance, pre-sales and Indegene's business unit.

Responsibilities:

- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department

- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports

- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points

- Pulling data to develop recurring or one-time reports

- Building dashboards for sales or managers to show results

- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form

- Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

- Maintaining databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis

- Maintain salesforce databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy

- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve issues with data entry

- Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis

Requirements: Profile

- Education - Graduate / MBA from Tier I / II

- Experience - 2-4 years as a data analyst/associate in management reporting profile

- Hands-on experience with Salesfoce.com

- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with multiple stakeholders and prepare presentations for the management

- Proficiency with MS office with strong excel and presentation skills

- Ability to work as a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills; self-motivated to take ownership of deliverables

- Should be analytical and result oriented to complete tasks within timelines
