Work Experience: 12 - 15 years

- A technical manager, as the name suggests, has to do the balancing act of managing technical processes and teams along with using his technical skills to provide the necessary environment for project success.

- Experience with agile development methodologies :-

- Well versed with Java / J2EE stack

- Thorough knowledge of one or more MVC frameworks like Spring Web MVC 2.5, Hibernate, Scala, Play and Struts 2.0 .

- Good knowledge in front end technologies like Javascript, Angular js and Jquery

- Should have good object oriented and database programming skills.

- Good communication skills & time management

- Should be able to manage a team for 15 - 20 persons.

- Should be able to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well

- Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverable
