Responsibilities :  Planning & Forecasting :  - Work with the research team to assess the potential of the MCE related services in India from Domestic or International market.  - Develop and execute a strategic business plan that meets or exceeds established sales goals and supports Company revenue and profitability targets  - Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.   - Identify opportunities for Trade shows (at National Level) that will lead to an increase in sales.   - Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.   Sales :  - Responsible for securing business from Corporates and Institutions by maintaining top accounts and all aspects of Planning, Sales, Execution and after Sales Services.  - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.   - Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.   - Participate in pricing the solution/service.   - Disseminating information about all business development activities with other verticals so that there is synergy across the company.  Team Management :  - Recruit, train and mentor business development associates and mid-level sales managers  - Set individual sales targets with sales team  - oversee the activities and performance of the sales team  - Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly  Education & Experience :  - Graduate / Post Graduate degree and 5-6 years of business development experience (preference to hospitality or Events background )  - Key Competencies for Sales Manager  Outlook :   - Believes in self, company and marketplace and is passionate about learning and growing.
