Indag Rubber Ltd seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaigns from conception to completion, digital marketing and analyze data to measure the success of marketing initiatives.

Franchise Management:

- Identify and evaluate potential franchisees.

- Visit in Local Market & High Street Market.

- Monitor and ensure consistency in products, services, and operations across all franchise locations.

- Assist franchisees in implementing effective local marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve online presence

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

- Collaborate with leadership to define marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets that align with brand guidelines.

- Maintain brand integrity in all marketing materials and communications.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).

- Manage the end-to-end process of campaign development, including ideation, content creation, and distribution.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

- Monitor expenditures and ROI to maximize the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Communicate marketing strategies and results to internal stakeholders.

Product Launch:

- Plan and execute product launch strategies, ensuring timely and effective market entry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Communications, to coordinate launch activities.

- Monitor and evaluate the success of product launches, making recommendations for future improvements.

Below-the-Line (BTL) Activities:

- Conceptualize and implement BTL marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and promotions.

- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute BTL campaigns.

- Monitor BTL campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

- Use market insights to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Vendor (Agency) Management:

- Provide clear creative direction to agencies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

- Conduct quality control checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the organization's standards.
