Sales and Marketing

1. Spearhead various marketing initiatives ranging from customer centric marketing communications (internal and external), brand activations- BTL, campaign management, CRM and loyalty programs

2. To remain updated on the product developments and pricing in market and accordingly work along with the technical team to rationalize our portfolio

3. Liaison with sales team, purchase team and the external agencies to meet the needs of marketing projects and gather relevant market insights

Carve out the Digital marketing strategy, plan and execute and drive the brand INDAG mojo on different digital and social media platforms

Strategy & Analytics

1. Study key macroeconomic and microeconomic environments and do impact analysis

2. Work on key strategic elements of company to drive top line and generate demand in the market

3. Gather market information across the globe, generating competitive intelligence, analysing and deriving meaningful insights.

4. Analyse all the MIS available regarding markets, sales, competition and trade schemes in the market and craft relevant strategy accordingly.

Qualification & Skills Required

B.Tech/MBA from Tier 1 college

The candidate will have to exhibit following skill set:

1. Strong Analytical skills

2. Sound marketing basics

3. Proficiency in MS - Excel, PowerPoint & Word

4. Strong written and Oral communication

5. Knowledge about Digital marketing - Google analytics, SEO, Social Media marketing, etc.
