Indag Rubber Ltd seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as the Head of IT Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and management of IT systems, with a strong focus on SAP Business One, cybersecurity, networking, and system support. This position requires a strategic thinker who can implement and manage various IT processes to enhance system security and efficiency for our organization.

- SAP Business One Implementation - Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Business One to support the organization's operational needs.

- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the SAP Business One system.

IT Security:

- Develop and implement robust IT security policies and procedures to protect the organization's data and information assets.

- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats and ensure the organization is well-prepared to mitigate risks

- Maintenance and System Support - Manage the maintenance and regular updates of all IT systems, including servers, workstations, and software applications.

- Provide technical support to end-users and address system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner

Vendor Management - Manage relationships with external IT vendors, collaborate with SAP partner, vendor, and external consultants to address technical issues, system upgrade, and customization.

- Ensuring service level agreements are met and costs are controlled.

- Networking - Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure

- Ensure network reliability, performance, and security

- Continuously assess and improve IT processes to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness

- Budget Management - Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for various IT initiatives and projects

- IT Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in IT operations

- Team Leadership - Build and lead a skilled IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
