i) Should have capability to independently handle the Secretarial & Legal deptt of a Listed Company
ii) Should have exposure in handling all legal matters of the Company, including drafting of agreements
iii) Should have excellent communication & drafting skills
iv) Should have exposure to payment of Dividend and IEPF related matters"
Job Description:
1. Drafting Board agenda, minutes, handling Board meetings independently
2. Secretarial compliances of Listed and unlisted companies.
3. Experience in handling contractual matters, claims and disputes
4. Assist in providing legal advise to the Management
5. Assist in developing necessary compliance framework
6. To update the management on developments in applicable statutes"
