BD for Middle East Exp 3-6 years We are looking for a Business Development Manager/ Executive/ Lead who will define and execute the company's business development strategy with the intent of increasing leverage in client acquisition, thereby expanding Incture's customer base and revenue. Responsibilities: The Business Development Consultant is expected to be involved in end-to-end sales of his/her territory while working closely with the Field Sales and Marketing teams. He/She will serve as a key point of contact and as a liaison between the customer and the various departments within Incture. The ideal candidate should also understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage the continued long-term relationship, and help unearth opportunities where Incture's products fit their ongoing business strategy. Your responsibilities: - Lead and Demand Generation: Create, Manage leads and maintain a high conversion of leads to sales. Manage and retain revenue for a territory's install base of accounts in the Middle East and Run it like an autonomous business. - Inside Sales: Owns the end-to-end inside sales function. Involves cold calls, audience acquisition, and validation. - Field Sales support: Owns complete end-to-end Sales cycle. Involves Pre-sales, Consulting and Account Management - Generates demand for cross-selling and upsell opportunities within the install base of customers and grows the existing revenue base. - Account management: Escalate problems issues within the install base of customers and named accounts (strategic accounts). - Help uncover new growth opportunities and markets Must have: - 3 - 6 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree (MBA from the top institute is preferred) - Minimum 2 years of experience as an end to end sales closing role in B2B space, ideally within IT or Technology Industry. - Extremely good in written and oral communication skills - Should have worked on the Middle East market Good to have: - Strong and self-confident communicator comfortable speaking with Director level and C-Level contacts and should have already worked/interacted with Director, VP and C-level contacts - Stakeholder management: Works well with customers to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop strong relationships. Responds to customer and Field sales' needs quickly and thoroughly - Proven experience of being persuasive, influential and professional on the phone. - Strong skills in identifying opportunities. - Demonstrates a good understanding of technology and has a sharp business acumen Please note: This position involves a shift timing.
