Role: Account ManagerYour Role & Responsibilities at Incture:- Manage and grow a given set of global accounts in terms of order booking, revenue, profits, customer satisfaction, etc
- Increase Incture's footprint in the account
- Ensure successful delivery of services in close coordination with departments and project teams
- Build relationships with key executives in these accounts
Required Skills:- Must have handled accounts with annuity revenue of atleast $2M in IT services
- Experience in relevant domain (Mfg, CPG, Retail, Pharma, Utilities) for North America Region
- Should have Enterprise selling experience
- Worked on IT Services (T&M, FP, SI, Digital)
- Must have closed atleast 1 solution deal worth $1M
- Must have worked in SAP domain for atleast 3 years
Experience: 10 - 13 YearsQualification: BE Preferred, MBAPersonal Attributes:- Team player who can work with internal and external teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
- Self starter, high on energy and drive
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent Interpersonal & problem solving abilities
- Must be able to operate independently
- Ability to lead through ambiguity
