InCred Insight - Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze financial statements.

- Assist in research and analysis of industry trends, trading and transaction comparables.

- Assist in preparing and reviewing content/data used in client solutions, including investment memoranda, presentations and pitchbooks.

- Assist in developing financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital - raising transactions.

- Perform various valuation analyses.

- Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

- Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.

- Contribute to revenue in a backend/middle office environment.

Preferred experience:

- 0-2 yrs in a similar profile

Preferred Academic Qualification:

- MBA from Tier 1/premier institutes

- CA rank holder/ first attempt, CFA Level 1/2/3;

- Engineering, Commerce and Economics graduates with proficient understanding of financial statements
