(https://www.incredcapital.com/) Role InCred- Financial Planning and Analysis (FPnA) Responsibilities : - SEBI / RBI reporting applicable to Stock Broker, Merchant Banker, NBFC. - Preparation of IND AS workings. - Accounting for month closure activity. - Assistance in finalization of Books of Accounts in line with IND AS. - Assistance in MIS reporting. - Managing statutory audits / internal audits. - Revenue & AR Reconciliations. - AR Ageing. Qualifications : If the candidate is a CA and is a fresher, article experience from the following CA firms: - Delloite - EY - KPMG - PWC - BDO - Grant Thornton - If the candidate is a CA and does not have the above article experience, he / she must have industry experience of Stock Broking / Merchant Banking / Wealth business / SEBI & RBI reportings / IND AS of 1-2 years. - If the candidate is not a CA, he / she must have following industry experience of Stock Broking / Merchant Banking / Wealth business / SEBI & RBI reporting / IND AS of 4-5 years with SAP awareness.
