(https://www.incredcapital.com/) Role Investment Banking - AVP/VP for Consumer and New Age Tech sector Responsibilities - Understand and analyze financial statements - Assist in research and analysis of industry trends, trading and transaction comparables - Assist in preparing and reviewing content/data used in client solutions, including investment memoranda, presentations and pitchbooks - Assist in developing financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions - Perform various valuation analyses - Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations - Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions Preferred experience - 4-8 yrs in a similar profile - Prior experience in Consumer/New Age Tech sector is mandatory Preferred Academic Qualification: - MBA from Tier 1/premier institutes - CA rank holder/ first attempt, CFA Level 1/2/3; - Engineering, Commerce and Economics graduates with proficient understanding of financial statements
