Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Assess and review business, technical, and functional requirements

- Provide advice and counsel related to technology or operations of the business, ensure essential procedures are followed, and contribute to defining standards

- Establish creative and accessible resolutions for the new product requirements

- Produce comprehensive user stories and profiles

- Recommend design and develop state-of-the-art data-driven analysis using statistical & advanced analytics methodologies to solve business problems

- Evaluate and enact new corrections and improvements, collaborating with development and QA teams

- Partner with designers on wireframes, interactions, and user flows

- Advanced knowledge of business processes and data analysis, as well as the ability to construct complex data queries and collaborate with colleagues

- Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa

- Assist with creating documentation for software solutions, using a customer-focused approach

- Invent and analyse product specifications to meet the business goal, working closely with a development team.

- Ability to liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa

- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning

- Understanding of business needs, including how data is used and managed, and functional design

- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals

Requirements:

- Well versed with tools like Jira, Microsoft office 365, Confluence, and a wireframing tool

- Create User Stories experience desired

- Proficiency in Requirements Gathering

- Defining Acceptance Criteria experience preferred

- Adeptness in Written Communication

- Proven ability in developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development and support process.

- Good to know some coding skills in any scripting language and any BI tool.

- Nice to have some knowledge of marketing analysis, statistical modelling, and data science
