We are hiring " Market Research Analyst" for our corporate office based at Delhi. (Joining on immediate basis )

Position: Market Research Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

- The role involves making outbound calls into different geographies (UK, US, Australia, India) etc in order to collect data through Primary Sources.

- This data collection is done through CATI (Computer Aided Telephonic Interviews) CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interviews) Responsible to generate leads using various search engines.

- Developing and conducting a survey to capture data

- Extrapolating and analyzing the results to identify patterns or data sets.

- Authoring reports containing actionable recommendations.

- Responsible for handling primary research & secondary research as per the requirement of the project.

Minimum skill Requirements:

- Fresher's and Experienced in KPO/BPO

- Good communication skills required.

- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, is required. Knowledge of analytical tools such as SPSS or SAS would be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of data collection and analytical processes.

- Should be able to work in a team.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Highly energetic and self motivated.

- Ability to handle tight deadlines.

Education:

- UG - Any Graduate / PG - Any Postgraduate with a minimum 50% overall percentage (Final Year students can also apply).
