Incident Manager
Job Description:
- Manage the recovery of Major Incidents for Services hosted and
- Provide day-to-day support and control to Incident Management function.
Skills:
- ITIL V3/V2 foundation Certified
- ITIL Service Operations Trained or Certified
- Proven Information Technology experience including solid experience specializing in the field of ITIL process management, Service Management or Quality Management
- Knowledge and experience of working within the IT organisation of a large organisation using a variety of systems architectures.
- Knowledge of IT within the larger Group
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Awareness of Incident management tools and best practice techniques
- Strong influencing and Negotiation skills.
- Strong task management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent problem analysis and decision making skills
- Be analytical to handle incidents during problematic situations.
