Position : Customer Service Incharge
Location : Mumbai
Required :
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Customer Service Incharge in a mutinational, multi brand company.
- Knowledge on spare parts store operations.
- Knowledge in service centre process.
- Personnel Management skills and excellent communication skills.
KRA's :
- Applying customer relation management.
- Analysing and recommending modification to operational work flows and procedures.
- Functional supervision of the Customer Service Technical section, providing leadership on tech issues.
- Providing professional technical support to customers when necessary like query or feature setting.
- Ensure that work has been carried out against the customer request.
- Inform management of key issues.
- Creating teamwork.
- Contributing to organisational culture change.
