Summary :

- IT Project Manager will plan, budget, monitor, oversee, document and report all aspects of the project with project management tools.

- He/she will also be responsible for managing software development process, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.

- He / She will be the bridge between senior management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project.

- The ideal candidate will make sure the scope of the project is sound, reporting regularly on the progress of the project and that it is staying on the approved schedule.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management :

- Develop a comprehensive project plan to track progress and share it with clients and internal stakeholders

- Performs product, system and quality framework design, bug resolution which may require research and analysis

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

- Recommend technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating project outcomes

- Perform risk management to mitigate project risks and manage risks related to people, technology, and processes

- Making sure all the work related to the application moves forward successfully in a structured manner and also finding new ways to do it better. Lead solution development, quality assurance, and release management

Team Management :

- Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives

- Communicate and cooperate with all involved teams and is accountable for end-to-end success of the project by integrating the technical, business, and commercial work

- Ensures the team functions to the best of its abilities so that the objective/planned output can be achieved, by ensuring adequate allocation of work and monitoring quality

- Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/IT staff

Client Management :

- Brainstorm and identify client requirements for product/system design within the business and client teams

- Present to clients reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

- Reporting on progress to the internal stakeholders and incorporate their feedback from time to time

- Handles client interaction and manage project requirements, scope and timeline

Scope Management :

- Define the project's scope and determining efforts estimate

- Implement and manage change of scope when necessary to meet project requirements

- Estimate time and financial commitment, as well as how to monitor and report on the project's progress

Skill set Required :

- 4+ years of experience building and leading development teams

- 4 to 5 years of experience in software development or infrastructure management including people management and team management skills

- Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent a must, advanced degree an advantage

- In-depth experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

- Proficiency in AngularJS is a must with other frontend technologies

- Experience with one or more languages such as Python, .NET, C/C++, Ruby, etc.

- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud services is a definite must

- Expert at using GIT or other version control software for source code management

- Strong technical capabilities within ETL, Data Warehousing, Dashboarding technologies and their architecture

- Broad understanding of the healthcare domain

- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Strong leadership, innovation, interpersonal collaboration skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Preferred Requirements :

- BE/ B.Tech / BS (CS) from Tier-1 institute would be preferred

- Proven track record of working with international/global clients and ability to coordinate/work with multiple stakeholders of the project

- Agile project planning and project management skills
