Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Associate Director/Director of Sales for our operations in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition initiatives and managing strategic alliances to further expand our market presence and revenue streams in India.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

- Identify and target potential clients in alignment with our service offerings and strategic objectives.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.

- Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the Indian market.

Alliance Channel Sales:

- Driving strategic relationships with our Cloud & Data Partners - managing Partnership Development Managers and other stakeholders within these partners.

- Manage and maintain relationships with alliance partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving mutual value.

- Scaling Alliances business by building relationship, visibility, and preferred positioning with Partnerships Program Managers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage alliances for business development, joint marketing initiatives, and solution offerings.

- Collaboration with Practice Team for Propositions:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and maximize business impact.

- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales and alliances team.

Qualifications and Experience:

- MBA with a proven track record of success in sales and business development roles within the IT consulting, technology services, or related industry, with a minimum of 10 years of experience

- Good understanding or experience in our focus sectors such as Financial Services, Telecom, Hi-Tech, Life Sciences & Healthcare.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
