Inc42 - Senior Manager - Account Management (4-9 yrs)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to become the single point of contact between the Inc42 BrandLabs clientele and Inc42 team for content / marketing campaigns using "BrandLabs properties."
The Senior Account Manager is required to be a pro-active, assertive & experienced media / branding / marketing professional with proven success in working on 'concept selling', 'building media properties', 'managing projects', and anchoring relationships with the clients.

Anchoring Relationships: The Senior Account Manager would be key in driving client elation levels with Inc42 and anchoring metrics like Net Promoter Score, Repeat Business and Client churn
Market Experimentation: Senior Account Manager would be a key person anchoring new revenue channels and shall be instrumental in enabling GTMs for new market entry and growth

What You'll Do?
A. Sales Enablement
Pre sales support: assisting the revenue head and CEO on market penetration attempts. Accountable for creating 'RFPs', proposals and presentations of customized content/branding campaign(s) for Clients and assisting the Sales Team in internal coordination.
Collaterals: Communicate the value proposition of BrandLabs Properties' for meeting Client's/Campaign's objectives. Followed by sharing presentations listing different combinations of such properties i.e. Podcasts, Events, Articles, Video Series, Reports etc.
Post Sales Support: Liaison with internal teams and clients to manage expectations and deliver on the clients objectives. Provide delivery teams and clients with actionable insights based on research and data analysis like competitive analysis, market mapping and even creating potential stakeholders list for large tickets
Delivery Quality Controls: The Senior Account Manager would be responsible for the quality of delivery of client deliverables. They are expected to anchor the delivery and make sure client NPS and churn metrics are extremely positive
B. Account Management
Reporting: Monitoring digital performance of campaigns for key accounts, through regular reporting & analysis, and collaborating with the BrandLabs Marketing Specialist for communicating to Sales team and the clients at a predefined frequency.
Relationship Management & Coordination: Plan, execute and coordinate for ensuring delivery for onboarded BrandLabs clientele using the reports with assistance of 'Design Team, BrandLabs Writers, Editors, Pre-Sales Specialists and third party Vendors'. Act as owner of client NPS and churn.
Project Management: Owning the complete responsibility of a project end to end, forecasting overall project budget(P&L), collaborating with the delivery team, preparing a detailed execution plan & making monthly reports for all client related activities.
Internal Stakeholder Management: Drive coordination with internal stakeholder teams including content, marketing, tech etc to own timely delivery of the client deliverables and develop processes to ease collaborative
Who We Are Looking For
- Individuals with 4-7 years of relevant experience (media solutions/consulting/SaaS). Front end experience of managing client relationships and cultivating business outcomes necessary.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.
Strategic Perspective: AMs need to have a strategic perspective that goes beyond short-term gains.This role requires working with ambiguity and developing new business lines
Skilled Negotiation Skill: You should have a keen sense of timing, killer presentation, excel skills, and the confidence to hold your ground and push back when necessary.
Value based selling: As an AM, you need to assist in communicating the value of your offerings both strategically and financially to your customers.
Good sense of business judgment: Individuals have to be sensitive to industry shifts and business trends.
- Excellent communication, listening, consultative & project management skills.
- Well versed with Excel, CRM & Project management tools.
- Ability to structure processes & optimize the same time to time.
- Team management experience is good to have as this role is expected to develop into a team leader soon
