Inbound Sales Manager
Job Profile :
- Source Business from Overseas Agents, Travel to attend different Travel Marts across Countries.
- Knowledge and contacts in International Market to Drive Business to India from Abroad.
- Oversee and manage the operational activities to support and provide an efficient service delivery for guests.
- Create new packages and offers for the customers.
- Understand the regulatory and compliance issues in relation to running the inbound tourism activities.
- Build new strategies to grow the inbound business and achieve the targets.
- Maintain a good relationship with all the local hoteliers and suppliers.
- Responsible for marketing inbound tourism services, locally and internationally.
- Ensure regular contact with clients and provide timely and efficient responses to all customer queries.
- Work closely with the Social Media Team to set the strategy of the company's social media accounts.
- In charge of the P&L of the inbound tourism department.
- Develops and presents monthly reports/updates.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Management or any other related field.
- Minimum six years of experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of social media management.
- Deep understanding of all the regulations related to inbound tourism activities.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
