Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organic website traffic, improving search engine rankings, and optimizing user experience. You will be responsible for executing SEO strategies, managing content campaigns, and generating high-quality leads to fuel our business growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in SEO and SEM.
- This is an inbound Marketing focussed role with a strong focus on Demand Generation
- Need Candidates who have experience in building SEO campaigns from scratch by themselves.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding and ownership of the Marketing Funnel - From Lead Gen to Conversion
- In addition to SEO, the candidate should have experience in running Content Marketing Campaigns - Not required to write content
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Ads.
- Experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns on different advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, analyze and interpret SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Excellent understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates.
- Good understanding of demand generation and conversion optimization.
- Certifications in SEO and digital marketing are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Optimize website structure, improve site speed, and enhance user experience to achieve higher search rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, and generate regular reports on key metrics.
- Perform on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Identify opportunities for link building and partnership outreach to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to develop SEO-friendly content and optimize existing content for search engines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates and adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our SEO strategy.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements and ensure website compliance with best practices.
- Track and report on organic search performance, website traffic, and conversion rates, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development to align SEO initiatives with overall business goals.
