Assistant Manager Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Ideating and strategizing 360-degree marketing campaigns for launch and sustenance campaigns

- Building organic reach and viewership (awareness, intention to watch) for shows and IP properties in the IN10 Media Networks portfolio through disruptive and innovative marketing strategy.

- Developing effective marketing communication plans

- Developing 360 degree marketing strategies with ATL and BTL plans. (TV plan, Print, Radio, Outdoor, On Ground, barters and events)

- To handle Digital plans with Paid and non-Paid media

- Strategic Partnerships and alliance with brands to create opportunities across Network. This include specific creative campaigns, media partnerships, grass root promotions, barters and events

- Handle influencer marketing to leverage the brands

- Collaborating with the Programming and Sales teams to unlock higher value for key advertisers and improving the brand affinity with current viewers.

- Liaising with internal Stakeholders, to manage the end to end delivery of marketing plans in a fast-paced and dynamic environment (Finance, Legal, Commercial, PR, OAP, Graphics, Digital and Programing team)

- Planning and handling Marketing budgets

QUALIFICATION: Post-graduate degree in Marketing from a top tier business school.

EXPERIENCE: 4 to 5 years of work experience in core television marketing and brand management, driving high impact ATL/BTL plans for a large brand

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

- Exposure to on-air & off-air promotion planning, running digital Paid Campaigns and conducting events.

- Experience in managing an end-to-end TVC creation and delivering campaign creatives.

- Proactive and highly organized with a superior ability to multi-task and manage project timelines.

- Excellent communication & presentation skills, and strong attention to detail
