In Stock Manager
What does an In-stock manager do?
- In-stock Manager will oversee planning and inventory management as well as drive analysis and optimization of inventory.
- In-stock Manager (ISM) plays a critical role in delivering the ideal customer experience by ensuring availability of the right product quantities, at the right time
Key responsibilities include :
i. Core responsibility of ensuring maximum product availability and coverage through accurate forecasting / demand planning, out of stock management and overlooking ordering processes and capacity management.
ii. Work with cross-functional stakeholders on selection expansion, deals management, and opportunity buying to ensure alignment with business strategy.
iii. Manage critical matrix lines USI/ UHI (unsaleable/ unhealthy) and take appropriate action.
iv. Align with Vendor Managers to develop and execute daily, weekly & monthly action plans that increase quality, inventory accuracy and service.
v. Track key customer experience metrics and drive improvements across them by building actionable plans.
vi. Co-ordinate with key stakeholders for smooth functioning of the process.
vii. Manage large scale data to drive decision making
Desired Qualification :
- MBA - Supply Chain/Finance
- 7 yrs of relevant experience
