In Trading is a vertically integrated Solid Wood Furniture manufacturing firm, with a state of art manufacturing facility in Churu (Rajasthan), Meerut and upcoming manufacturing capacity in NCR. The furniture is exported to customers globally as well as retailed in India through - InLiving- from chain of furniture stores in Pune & Delhi, Franchises PAN India and online presence.

The company is a part of a 500 cr+ group driven by a promoter who is a Harvard alum and has 25 years of experience in successfully running businesses.

Education: MTech-Mechanical or Wood technologist or FRI post Graduate, CA

Job responsibilities:

- Should have 10-12 years of experience in manufacturing, solid wood furniture production will be an added advantage

- Shall manage operations of an expanding unit in Churu

- Understanding of the several components of business planning

- Chart company strategy in alliance with the vision and goal

- Manage operation of Manufacturing and support function i.e. HR & Admin and Finance in the Unit

- Oversee cost effective production process

- Manage production schedule & ensure timely deliveries

- Detail production planning and targets communicated to all the heads in the unit

- Strong customer service orientation including demonstrated issue resolution and relationship management skills

- Strong analytical and critical thinking acumen

- Extensive experience working with global clients

- Guide and support team to achieve targets

- Exposure to latest manufacturing techniques such as TQM, six sigma, QCC

- Should have capability to handle around 350 workmen

- Organized approach and able to work under pressure

- Highly focused on detail and accuracy of information presented.

- Maintain data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy

- Willingness to travel overseas for extended periods if required
