In Trading is a vertically integrated Solid Wood Furniture manufacturing firm, with a state of art manufacturing facility in Churu (Rajasthan), Meerut and upcoming manufacturing capacity in NCR. The furniture is exported to customers globally as well as retailed in India through - InLiving

The company is a part of a 500 cr+ group driven by a promoter who is a Harvard alum and has 25 years of experience in successfully running businesses.

Education: MTech-Mechanical

Job responsibilities:

- Should have 10-12 years of experience in Maintenance, with atleast 3 years as Maintenance Manager

- Preventive Breakdown maintenance of machines & Utilities

- Supervision and development of all personnel and functions of the maintenance department

- Organize, manage, and track progress and costs consistent with management production and scheduling requirements.

- For turnarounds and shutdowns, provide leadership in the maintenance functions.

- Oversee the maintenance department budget and budgeting process, weekly cost analysis of spending.

- Support a comprehensive Safety Program in accordance with company policies and procedures, governmental guidelines and regulations.

- Support, develop and initiate enhanced maintenance systems and procedures and improve the plant maintenance efficiency.
