In- House Legal Counsel - BPO/ITeS

- Managing and advising business teams with respect to the drafting, vetting and negotiation of complex services contracts, including vendor agreements and renewals, supplier agreements, work orders, outsourcing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements depending on experience and business requirements; and liaising with all necessary cross-functional business clients on such agreements;

- Proactively identifying key issues and risks during strategic negotiations and raising them to the attention of the clients and to the supervising attorney;

- Depending upon experience, assisting the supervising attorney in managing Enphase India's regulatory compliance, licensing, and registration obligations for existing and future business lines in India;

- Developing relationships with various business units and functional departments and develop an understanding of their strategies and objections to better serve the company's needs;

- Creating and maintaining template agreements and refining contract processes and forms;
 
- Supporting the Legal team in drafting, implementing, and enforcing legal and compliance policies; and

- Assisting in other matters as may be requested.

Requirements :

- A law degree from a leading university or law school in India

- 3-5 years- experience working in commercial, technology, and/or transactional matters including a combination of law firm and in-house experience, preferably at a high-technology company

- Strong and clear verbal/written communication skills with an ability to speak - non-lawyer- with business partners throughout the company

- Excellent drafting, vetting, negotiation, and organizational skills

- Ability to be flexible, to think strategically and to balance legal risks against business concerns

- Possess high integrity, ethics, a good attitude, and a strong & persuasive personality with demonstrated ability to execute in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build enduring relationships
