One of the Real Estate Developer Company is looking to hire a Real estate Litigation and transaction Lawyer based out of Mumbai location. Job Responsibility : 1. Drafting of Original Applications under RDDB & SARFAESI ACT, Petitions, applications. 2. Appeal before Company Law Board before NCLT / NCLAT, Plaints, Written Statements, applications, Affidavits, Leave & License Agreements. 3. Vetting various Contracts (Leave & License Agreements, Hypothecation, Agreements, Debenture Holder Agreements, Plans to present before NCLT) the Company. Preparing Strategies to recover Monies through cases, replying to Legal Notices sent by Promoters / Borrowers 4. Following up with advocates regarding legal cases,(SARFAESI, DRT, 138, arbitration, execution at courts) 5. Advising to close the Legal matters pending in various Courts by getting Money Recovery for the Company 6. Advised lenders led by a lead private bank in relation to the restructuring of debt raised by a leading company and its overseas subsidiaries. 7. Advised a leading company in relation to arranging facilities for the purposes of restructuring their existing debt with a top leading private bank in India. 8. Should have worked on litigation matters comprising of SARFESI and Arbitration proceedings, Handled real estate litigations. 9. Restructuring accounts under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy space. 10. Legal due diligence procedures and issued title certificates for real estate companies in India to ascertain charges and declare land/property as marketable.
