Key responsibilities will include: - Should have prior experience of managing litigation to achieve the best possible outcomes. Litigation will be across forums up to Supreme Court. - Initiating and defending proceedings before various regulatory forums especially under the Electricity Act 2003. - Assisted in drafting an opinion on the legal and regulatory framework, - Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters including drafting letters of representation, claim/dispute notices, legal correspondence. - Preparing legal agreements and contracts etc. - Finalizing all cases and proceedings before various regulatory authorities, tribunals and courts. - Drafting, vetting and supervision of arbitration strategy, statement of claim, miscellaneous applications, statement of claim and witness statements in arbitration against EPC Contractor for warranty defects in solar PV modules. - Should have prior experience in Power Sector / Infrastructure Industry, Initiating and defending proceedings before various regulatory forums especially under the Electricity Act 2003.
