Our vision at ImStrong is to build the most convenient fitness solution.

How we do that? - By empowering the most important enabler in the fitness experience i.e Trainers. We offer our platform as a tool for fitness and yoga trainers to deliver online fitness classes. ImStrong helps trainers to have their own online digital studio and offer their classes to customers around the world.

- Identify potential partners and channels for indirect customer growth

- Manage commercial negotiations with the partner & alliances

- Work across engineering, design and marketing functions that make onboarding of a trainer seamless.

Important part of this role :

- This is a cross-functional role in the business growth team.

- You will the early core member of team working closely with the founders and work across multiple areas of expansion and exploring new business opportunities.

- You are a crusader of healthy living, fit body and strong mind.

- You are metrics and data-oriented. Strong sense of data-based decision making and inclination towards only data approach.

- Have a product thinking approach.

- Have a strong penchant for building tech products, should be driven by consumer insights.

You should have :

- Some experience in early stage Startup or was a founder yourself.

- Experience in running growth, expansion or business development for product enabled B2C, marketplace companies.

Salary : 8-10 L + ESOP
