Position: Bench Sales Recruiter
Timings : Night shift - 7:30 PM IST to 4:30 AM IST (US Eastern Standard Time).
Experience & Qualification:
- Good experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Working on W2 Contract, Contract-to-Hire, C2C job orders with Direct Clients, and Implementation.
- Efficiently utilizing multiple job boards.
- LinkedIn and Social Media skills for sourcing passive candidates.
- Disciplined and exceptional communication & people interaction skills.
Bench Sales : 5 Positions (EXP:3+ years)
Job Responsibilities:
- Qualified Candidate Must have a minimum 3 Years of Proven Bench Sales Experience with IT Recruiting in the US IT Staffing Market. Well Versed with Us Tax Terms like W2, Corp2corp & 1099 Etc
- Good Understanding of Us Staffing Business, Bench Sales, and Recruitment Process. Self-motivated and Disciplined to Work with Limited Supervision.
- Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements.
- Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms or employee referrals.
- Maintain and Grow the Business from Our Existing and New Client Relationships to Supplement Our Sales Capabilities.
- Must Be a Pro to Build Network Relations with New Vendors Using Social Networking Sites such as LinkedIn. Generate, Interact, and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation Partners networks on a Daily Basis.
- Generate, Interact, and Develop Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation Partners networks on a Daily Basis. Look Up the Right Requirements that Match Our Consultant Profiles on Various Job Portals, Submitting the Consultants, and Following Up on Interview Schedules.
- Must have Good Experience in Cold Calling, Price Negotiation, and Need to have Good Convincing and Closing Skills.
- Tracking and Extensive Follow-Up with Vendors Through Maintaining Submissions Database, Interview Coordination and Taking Care of the Joining Formalities, Background Checks, References.
- Expert Level Experience in recruiting US Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the Tax Terms - Full-time and contract positions (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp).
- Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Job Diva, Career Builder, and LinkedIn.
