Responsibilities:
- The Implementation Team is responsible for coordinating relationships with client services and IT to ensure the ongoing success of product offering.
- In this role, you will work directly with sector business leaders, Client Associates, and BI Developers to set up optimal report deliverables, assist in process improvement and maintain data integrity.
- In doing so, you will gain a deep understanding of a variety of technologies and business processes to increase Coalition Greenwichs internal effectiveness.
- The ideal candidate has a thirst to explore applicability of new approaches and technologies and is comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful adoption of new technologies by internal business users
- Develop and maintain end-user technologies/apps that support client deliverable production
- Define, image and update how data will be presented in client deliverables. Propose effective client-ready
formatting and labeling
- Become expert with the taxonomy structure. Maintain data integrity and validation of data.
- Support internal clients and provide clarity around new data additions
- Learn about products, processes and product delivery lifecycle
- Propose, manage and pilot process improvement projects in coordination with Ops and IT
- Troubleshoot problems or issues and provide support to the team
- Provide training and level 1 support to clients in their use of applications and in ingesting data service
products
Required Experience:
- Degree required
- 6+ years of Hands-on experience in modelling, automating and implementing customer needs on reports
from Business Intelligence apps such as QlikView/ N Printing
- Capable of working autonomously, in a team, and with internal clients
- Ability to perform in-depth research to solve data related issues and questions
- Ability to multi-task and is organized, focused, diligent and can work under tight deadlines
Required Technical Skills:
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Solid understanding of Excel/ VBA macro programming
- Prior experience in report development using QlikView/ N Printing or similar apps
- Basic understanding of SQL to edit and run queries on a need basis
- Ability to conduct training and review documentation on new technologies
