What You Will Be Expected To Do :
- Discover all of the requirements for new clients, to establish the success criteria for implementations
- Consult with customer and internal stakeholders to make recommendations for people, processes and technology that help our customers achieve their objectives
- Design and configure the appropriate solution, so that all requirements are met and that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
- Ensure that all client users are trained and educated properly and in a timely fashion
- Ensure that every client derives satisfaction and the most value possible from the implementation experience
- Project manage different projects in their delivery lifecycle while being on top of all project, effectively communicating with the customer stakeholder
- Complete the execution of the software deployment in such a way as to anticipate future client needs or business requirements that may occur
- Support our Directors to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration
- Maintain accurate, high-quality and timely documentation of implementation steps and activities for internal and external partners
- Be involved in pre-sales activities, working with internal Sales and Pre Sales teams to win new business and/or grow existing accounts
- Assist the Services Sales team in scoping projects and crafting implementation proposals
Requisites :
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation.
- Fluent written and spoken in English is a must, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish is a plus.
- Strong technical background with advanced computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team during client's office hours
- Demonstrate experience and a passion for the social media technology universe
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
- Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience in working with or for social edia management software is preferred
- Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
- Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to client delight
- 4-year college / university degree with a relevant post-graduate qualification from premier institution
Preferred Technical Skills :
- Experience utilizing Adobe Design Suite CS4 or CS5 (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash)
- Demonstrated scripting and coding skills with HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of web usability best practices, website navigation design and flow, content classification, and content management methods and systems
