- Resume responsibility for the whole research and development process starting from product concept, preparing prototype sample, laboratory testing, and final approval to invest in the developed product.

- Assess the requirements for new products based on the market needs in cooperation with the Sales department and selected customers sample.

- Roadmap for the launch of new technologies like Alexa integration with smart & non-smart TVs, Bluetooth integrated LED TV, ATV with screen mirroring, and Android TV with GOOGLE & Analog LED TV.

- Improving our product range and keeping the product range up to date with the new trends in technology and phase out obsolete products.

- Coordinate with departments concerned to update the product range with the developed product, e.g. Sales to promote the product, Design and Engineering for drawings and specifications, Materials Department for sourcing suppliers and procurement, etc.

- Perform the complete review, verification, and validation for new products to ensure conformity to requirements and fitness for use.

- Develop and maintain product validation lab with all required equipments for all part/component/product testing and comparison.

- Develop product standards and inspection templates for Raw materials, Work in progress, Finished goods, Packing materials, and spares.

- Develop and modify the electronic design with DFM and DFS methodologies.

- Coordination with Customer service to improve customer service quality, reverse logistics cost optimization, and customer service tools optimization.

- Strong ability in troubleshooting, CAPA analysis, 8D techniques, and RCA.

- Have thorough knowledge of working in R&D.

- Lead the research and development team. Oversee the NPI process.

- Market study for new features, adoption & product Quality for various models.

- Selection of new models & technology for upcoming products.

- Vendor visit for product Planning & new developments.

- Co-ordination with the Chipset design team for android & ATV development

- Have good knowledge of LED TV/Smart TV/AI-powered hybrid TV testing and instruments/equipment.

- Working as a contact window between OEM/ODM/Product team /Design team and factory production team for new models & resolve running models design /Quality issues.

- Check and validate the technical documents from OEM and ODM suppliers.

- Preparation of samples of LED and SmartTV/panel (LCM) & review the design.

- Sop & process finalization with manpower optimization.

- Release ECN, part specification & drawings to QA team.

- Run pilot production for the new model along with factory team and prepare closer of issues for successfully online mass production.

- Closure pre-production issues of production & QA before mass production.

- Command in project implementation, technical writing skills, and learning new tools &techniques.

- Modifying and updating of the process for ongoing improvements & cost improvement with localization.

- Providing support in problem and defect analysis in material and production quality-related issues.

- Reviewing the engineering /design change & resolving quality-related problems associated with design.

- Assist in updating the company catalogs and brochures.

- Submit periodical reports to management showing the status of R&D progress.
