Job Description :
- Handling a team of AGM, Sr. Managers and Managers.
- Handling corporate channel over Delhi and NCR.
- Develop strong inter-personal relationships with the Brokers to cohesively bond them together with the Company and integrate them with the vision and core values.
- Providing Support to the Sales Team by conducting ATL/BTL activities for lead generation.
- Mapping client's requirement and providing them advisory services pertaining to selection of right property investment.
- Implementing innovative ideas for lead generation.
- Handling Property consultants/Business Associates queries and complaints.
- Managing the sales and marketing operations and accountable for increasing sales growth.
- Driving /achieving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the frontline sales team.
- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning the selling and the marketing strategies
