Having established market leadership in its space in India, it's now looking at aggressive international expansion.   Well-funded by a reputed institutional investor, we are building a world class team to fuel our growth.   Job Objective: Heading the accounts and finance responsibilities for Impartus   Main Tasks and Responsibilities:   - Forecasting and budgeting the cash flows of the Company, with adequate financial control   - Build and lead the Finance and Accounts team   - Lead the team for Purchase, Inventory, Debtors, Collections   - Handling CS, corporate governance, Board Meetings, Banking and Investor Relations   - Handle MIS, Internal and Statutory Audit   - Managing Import / Export related finances   Education and Experience:   - CA (CA + MBA Finance will be preferred)   - 11 - 18 years of relevant experience; should have handled: accounts, finance, audits, MIS, financial budgeting, imports / exports   - Experience in a fast growth company / MNC and knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage   Key Requirements:   - Self-Motivated, sincere and Initiative taker   - Good understanding of the business side   - Visible achievements and high performer   Compensation: Industry Leading compensation + ESOPs
