Impactiva - Senior Payroll Officer

- Will be responsible to lead the Payroll team based in Chennai, India

- Will be responsible to lead the monthly company end to end payroll and expenses process

- Will be responsible to ensure that internal controls and segregation of duties are in place

- Will be responsible to ensure that the Payroll Team

a) maintains our payroll and expenses platform (i.e. REPLICON)

b) computes and report monthly KPI related to payroll and expenses and talent development

c) answers on due time to the company's Team Members when they have queries

d) keeps updating any procedures and templates related to Payroll

Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills:

Knowledge:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Payroll management and transactions including strong exposures to:

- Complex organization having to deal with different variables when it comes to compute monthly payroll

- Excel databases

- Internal controls to ensure proper segregation of duties

- Ability to lead, manage and inspire a team

- Ability to understand business needs and risks behind payroll

Skills:

- English proficiency (written and spoken)

Other Conditions:

- Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

- Location: Chennai, India

- Commitment: 3 year contract

Confidentiality contract:
