Who are we scouting for Head of Brand Marketing in Mumbai (Andheri - East).

Purpose of the role:

To provide leadership to the existing Brand Marketing team to evolve our crowd funding platform into a world class experience for our fundraisers and a tool for providing intelligent insights for our internal team. You will be responsible for defining and refining Impact Guru's brand positioning and tasked to grow and solidify the brand. You will lead and develop world-class brand campaigns and activations that support our brand and business goals. You will collaborate closely with a broad set of internal and external partners to support integrated marketing campaigns that create brand desire among customers and fuel the love our members have for our brand.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Build and lead the Global Brand Marketing and Creative Services teams, overseeing the brand management and strategy development, and consistent implementation of global brand guidelines, standards and creative execution. Create a brand portfolio that reflects the various maturity of our marketplaces.

- Collaborate with leaders cross functionally (Product and Customer Experience, Content, Performance Marketing, Insights, PR, HR and Technology teams) to build and oversee deployment of a global marketing/brand strategy that works across our various marketing initiatives and is relevant to each marketplace. These initiatives include but are not limited to: Product Naming and Architecture, Content Franchises, Social Media Sub-Branding, recruiting, social purpose initiatives.

- Use a mix of data, insights and vision to build a global brand strategy for Impact Guru that goes hand in hand with product go-to-market strategies and is reflective of deep understanding of the target customer segments (attitudes and behaviors). Stay closely attuned to key brand metrics and performance against targets.

- Evolve the Impact Guru brand from the leading Crowdfunding platform to the premier global crowdfunding brand that appeals to prospective customers, while always enhancing our members' love & emotions with everything we do.

- Weave our People Principles into our brand definition and demonstrate how these manifests in front of customers, employees and key stakeholders to be a company that means more than what we do.

- Connect the powerful stories that emerge from our campaigners & members every single day, to our wider brand narratives and activations, and build our presence across key stakeholder classes.

- Partner with the Global Research team to craft an approach to measure brand awareness, brand health and reputation management consistently in all of our marketplaces, and determine measurable ways to connect these metrics to business output.

- Build, scale and inspire a global brand and creative services organizations (including external partners) that can support global marketing, PR, recruiting, content marketing and social responsibility campaigns at scale, across continents and time zones.

- Responsible for creating engagement on all social media channels & managing overall social media/brand risk.

- Responsible for delivering sustainable improvements in marketing campaigns' ROI.

- To launch and drive brand marketing campaigns that can build momentum for a brand's awareness and consumer acquisition.

- Thorough monitoring of all social media channels comments, reviews & blogs etc

- Responsible to resolve issues faced on social media channels

- Ensure the completion of market analyses and monitor the competitive activity in the market as well as conducting gap analyses and financial modelling, which avail the business a competitive advantage and facilitate the realization of new brand marketing opportunities for the business.

- Integrating PR processes in brand marketing campaigns that ensures maximization of ROI.

- To work in a financial position managing budgets for high-value business projects.

Professional Experiences:

- Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in handling social media and brand management & in a marketing capacity, conducting online marketing, digital design, website management, paid marketing, or preferably brand marketing at the capacity of a Senior Brand Marketing Manager in a fast-paced and extremely competitive environment.

- Impeccable written & oral communication skills in English & Local Language

- Target oriented & hunger for personal growth and overall development

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

- Should have worked in a team environment

- Excellent time management skills

- An extreme level of flexibility and adaptability to new tasks & environments

- Responsible, Capable & has the ability to work independently

- Logical Thinker and look to solve problems in a strategic way

- Good Analytical skills will be highly preferred.

- Should possess vast skill and knowledge in CRM systems and databases as well as marketing automation.

- Proficient in the use of softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite 6, Illustrator, and InDesign that are necessary for the creation of engaging branding materials and content.
