This position assesses departmental-wide development needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training. Roles and Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate current and future training requirements. - Create comprehensive training and development initiatives. - Deliver impactful training sessions throughout the organization. - Regularly assess and analyze the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs, compiling insightful reports. - Utilize a diverse range of training techniques. - Manage the training budget effectively. - Conduct interviews following established criteria and processes. - Undertake travel for training purposes. - Content enhancement & growth modulation . - Training structure and enhancement - Interviews of Stakeholders and Management Desired Skills and Abilities: - Proficient verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous. - Demonstrated strong presentation aptitude. - Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - 6+ years of experience in devising and implementing employee development schemes. - Preferred certification as a Professional in Learning and Performance.
