Job Title: Manager of Accounts and Finance (CA)

Location: Mumbai , Andheri ( WFO )

Job Overview:

As the Manager of Accounts and Finance (CA), you will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, and compliance while providing strategic guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, extensive experience in financial management, and a proven track record of driving business performance.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) looking after GST , TDS , Taxation , ROC Complains etc

- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.

- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to develop realistic budgets and financial plans.

- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and scenario modeling.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, including recommendations for improving profitability, efficiency, and cash flow.

- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and resolve any audit findings or inquiries.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial performance.

- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (GAAP/IFRS).

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing a team of accounting professionals.

- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred.
